The Gold course option is designed for candidates who wish to learn in a structured manner. It is run in a group format and all sessions are scheduled at the start of the course to fit in with individual candidates timetables.

Candidates will receive lectures in supervising certified divers, assisting with students, Divemaster conducted programs, physics, physiology, equipment, decompression theory and the recreational dive planner, risk management, the business of diving and your dive career.

Demonstrations of skills and rescue techniques will be given by our senior instructors and candidates can use our on-site heated pool to further develop and practice their skills.

Practical work is carried out during pool and open water scenarios whilst candidates are also encouraged to assist with real courses to gain hands on experience.
